Recently I had the pleasure of collaborating with a company called, Therabox<\/a>. This is a self care subscription box. As a mother I know I don’t show myself enough self care and according to the founders of Therbox that can create a negative impact on my brain, how crazy is that? Therabox was created by therapists to increase happiness and through neuroplasticity. This is just a complicated word that is the brains ability to reorganize itself through forming new neural connections in your every day life.
